LAW OF ATTRACTION – CREATE YOUR DREAM LIFE

We use law of attraction, and we are manifesting constantly. To master your life with law of attraction and deliberately create your desired reality, you should connect three important elements: 1.VISUALIZATIONS, 2. EMOTIONS and 3.TIME. You can create anything you want! Remember, everything is energy and one of the things that we came here to do, is learn how to manipulate energy.

1. visualization (law of attraction technique)

You have the ability to visualize, to see a picture or event with your minds eye. When you make your wish, you can visualize many details which can help you create your reality. You can also include sounds, taste and smell. For example: How does it feel touching it?

2. emotions

When you make a wish, try to find a feeling of already having it. When you think of something long enough you automatically begin to have feelings, this is your vibration – energy in motion. (emotion). This are the frequencies you transmit and fundamental magnetic force known by law of attraction brings the same frequencies together.

3. time

It is important to innerstand that time does not exist. It is just a concept that we made up to organize our lives. Even the past and future does not exist. The past are just memories and future is not manifested yet. Everything is happening right now. So it is very important that you feel like your wish is already fulfilled, like you already have it in your life.

law of attraction and SUBCONSCIOUS BLOCKS

Sometimes when we have a wish, we hold a negative beliefs, which are blocking us to create a vibration of a wish already fulfilled. If you are not aware of what your blockages may be, ask yourself, what is blocking me. You will get the answer which could come from a friend, through dreams, basically from anywhere. Be aware of thoughts and connect everything that is happening to you or in your life. When you find out what is blocking you, remove it by replacing it with positive thoughts on same topic. Choose the thoughts that you can believe in and repeate them regurarly.

When you try to make a statment that is new for your subconscious mind, with the purpouse of changing your old paradigm, your ego mind does not let you change your beliefs so easily. It wants to keep you safe and does not know what is good for you and what is not. To overcome the ego, you have to repeat that statement over and over again, until the subconscious mind accepts it. For faster results you can use meditation or hypnosis. When you relax and calm our mind, the brain is in delta state waves, which means that you have better access to a subconscious mind. 95% of life that we experience is created and controlled by our subconscious mind. Remeber that it takes consistance.

law of attraction and AFFIRMATIONS

Regular repetition of affirming statements about yourself can encourage your brain to take these positive affirmations as fact. When you truly believe you can do something, your actions often follow.

Neuroplasticity, or your brain’s ability to change, restructure or rewire itself and adapt to different circumstances throughout your life, offers a clue to help understand not only what makes affirmations work, but how to make them effective. This prooves that we can change our lives through our thoughts because they reprogram and rewire our brain.

By repeating the same sentences over and over again you actuallly programming your subconscious mind to believe in whatever you want. You can also do this by listening to different affirmation which you can find on the internet or you can record your own affirmations and listen.

It is also important that you allow yourself to have what you want. Accept the fact that you deserve it and that you are worthy of everything you desire. When you give yourself a permission, you are open to receive. Say to yourself : “I give myself a permission to have what I desire and I give myself a permission to enjoy my best life.”.

Try to act as if you already have what you want. Do not search and try to figure out how or when it is gonna happen. This is changing your vibration in the state that you do not have it. Remember, you attract what you vibrate! When you doubt, say to your self “thank you, i do not need it, I ALREADY HAVE IT” When you are in the state of need, that means that you do not have it. Trust the process, you have to innerstand that you are the creator. 😉
